1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at l3t.ma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Services Provided
l3t.ma provides live, online English coaching, digital study materials, and customized learning curricula. Access to the digital library and live sessions is granted solely for the duration of your active, paid subscription.

3. Payments, Scheduling, and Refunds

• Payments: All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of your program unless a specific installment plan has been agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, Bank Transfers (CIH, BMCE), CashPlus, and WafaCash.
• Rescheduling: You may adjust or reschedule any booked session provided you give at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the start time.
• Refund Policy: We offer a two-week satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within your first two weeks of classes, we will either adjust your program or provide a refund for the remaining unused balance of your subscription.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform and live sessions for lawful, educational purposes only. Harassment of instructors or other students, sharing of account credentials, or unauthorized distribution of our copyrighted digital materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials on the l3t.ma website and learning platform, including text, graphics, logos, and curriculum documents, are the intellectual property of l3t.ma and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
